In general, the final results of any surgery or incision can take between 6 to 12 months to see. This means all swelling has resolved, deeper tissues are repaired and incisions have healed. Typically within 4-6 weeks, results are excellent and the changes that take place thereafter are minor and usually can only be seen when looking closely at photographs
