Generally, if you want to match the smaller breast to the larger breast, you may decide to place a breast implant in the smaller breast. If you want to match the larger breast to the smaller breast, we will do a reduction on the larger breast. If you want to enlarge and change the appearance of both breasts, we will use different size breast implants in each breast.The surgical plan is solely based on your goals!
