Yes and no. Often, “droopy” upper eyelids are caused by the descent of the eyebrow position. Over time, this can lead to the appearance of heavy upper eyelids. This effect can be corrected with a brow lift.
Most often, though, there are separate changes that occur in the eyelids themselves that may require eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to correct. The lower eyelids are not addressed with a brow lift.
