Breast Augmentation: Surgery, Cost, and What to Expect

Cosmetic surgery is a great investment in your personal well-being and happiness; it’s also a financial investment. When considering breast augmentation surgery, the cost is certainly an important part of your planning.

At Turkle MD and Associates, we’re committed to educating and supporting our patients throughout the surgery process, including planning for the financial cost of their breast augmentation

What contributes to the cost of breast augmentation surgery?

1. Type of breast implant

The type of implant that you choose will impact the cost of your surgery. The least expensive implant is a saline implant and the most expensive is the cohesive gel, also known as a “gummy bear” implant.

We offer several types of implants at Turkle MD and Associates. During your breast augmentation consultation, you’ll be able to feel “testers” during your consultation to help you decide which type of implant will provide your desired results.

2. Surgery-related fees

In total, a breast augmentation will cost you from $5,125 to $6,925.

At Turkle MD & Associates our pricing is all-inclusive and includes your surgery-related fees as well. This includes your surgeon fee, facility fee, anesthesia, all your follow-up appointments, and the cost of the surgery itself. Your final cost will vary based on the implant type.

The total price doesn’t include the $50 consultation fee. The consultation is an approximate  1-hour appointment with the surgeon to go over your concerns, expectations, and any questions you have about the treatment.

3. Financing options

The cost of breast augmentation doesn’t have to be a burden. In many cases, there are financing options available that can help cover the cost of your cosmetic surgery.

By pursuing payment plans or loan options, you can break up your cost into more manageable amounts over time. While this won’t decrease your cost, it can make it easier to factor into your lifestyle and budget.
